River Valley Psychological Services
The Staff in local control housing monitors each of the individual Housing Units and cells 24 hours a day. This allows the staff to attend to the juveniles\' daily needs and activities. Photo ID bracelets and scanners are used with the Digital Solutions /Inmate Telephone Inc. "Offender Management System" software enabling staff to keep up to date and case specific data, as well as track movement of each juvenile during their confinement.
